Ingredients
- Very strong coffee or espresso: 1/4 cup
- Ice cream or frozen Purabi curd: 1 cup
- Purabi milk: 1 cup
- Chocolate syrup (optional): 2 tablespoons
Method
- Prepare coffee mixtureand add it to a blender with ice cream and milk.
- Blend on high until well blended. Add chocolate syrup if desired.
- Serve topped with another scoop of ice cream and chocolate shavings for garnish.
Chocolate Caramel Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Purabimilk: 1 cup
- Chocolate ice cream: 2 scoops
- Salted caramel sauce: 3 tbsp
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Method
- In a blender, mix the chocolate ice cream and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in 3 Tbsp of salted caramel sauce. Drizzle the inside of your mug/cup with salted caramel sauce.
- Pour in chocolate shake mixture and top with whipped cream.

Fruit and Curd Milkshake
Ingredients:
- Purabi curds (chilled): 3/4 cup
- Purabi Milk: 1 cup
- Peeled and roughly chopped apple: 2 cups
- Black dates (deseeded): 8
- ice-cubes
Method:
- Combine the apples, dates, curds and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
