Cafe Mocha
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of chocolate powder (you can also use chocolate syrup)
- 2 tbsp. of coffee powder (use dark-roasted coffee beans)
- A cup or two of Purabi milk
- Whipped cream
Method
- Prepare a usual strong coffee only with water and sugar
- Heat the milk without letting it burn.
- Add the chocolate powder or syrup into an oversized mug and pour the milk.
- Stir it quickly until the powder dissolves.
- Pour the coffee into the mug and stir it with the chocolate-coffee mixture
- Add whipped cream and some more chocolate powder on top of the drink and that’s it!
