Spiced Coffee
Ingredients
- Freshly ground coffee
- 200 ml Purabi milk
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 3 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cream
- 25 gm grated chocolate
- Pinch of Cinnamon powder
Method
- Combine coffee, cardamom powder and ginger. Brew in two to three cups of water.
- Heat milk and sugar until scalding point.
- Pour in the hot coffee to the milk.
- Whip cream and cardamom powder together.
- Add up the cream and cardamom mixture to the coffee.
- Serve with grated chocolate and pinch of cinnamon powder on the top.
