Cappuccino

 INGREDIENTS

  • Instant coffee – 2 teaspoon
  • Purabi Milk – one cup
  • Sugar- 1 tablespoon
  • Water – a little

 

METHOD

  • Boil milk in a pot over a medium flame until bubble comes and rises
  • Take a mug and add 2 teaspoon of instant coffee and sugar
  • Add half teaspoon of warm water and stir
  • Stir continuously until the mixture turns lighter in colour
  • Remember lighter the colour, frothier will be the coffee
  • Now pour the milk to the mug and stir to work the froth
  • Sprinkle some coffee granules or chocolate powder 

and voila, your homemade cappuccino is ready to enjoy!

PS: This recipe will make only one cup of cappuccino. To increase the cups you can adjust the ingredients given.
