Cappuccino
INGREDIENTS
- Instant coffee – 2 teaspoon
- Purabi Milk – one cup
- Sugar- 1 tablespoon
- Water – a little
METHOD
- Boil milk in a pot over a medium flame until bubble comes and rises
- Take a mug and add 2 teaspoon of instant coffee and sugar
- Add half teaspoon of warm water and stir
- Stir continuously until the mixture turns lighter in colour
- Remember lighter the colour, frothier will be the coffee
- Now pour the milk to the mug and stir to work the froth
- Sprinkle some coffee granules or chocolate powder
and voila, your homemade cappuccino is ready to enjoy!
PS: This recipe will make only one cup of cappuccino. To increase the cups you can adjust the ingredients given.
