Mango-the king of fruits is loved by people of every age group. This delicious fruit is probably the single reason to cherish summers! Since mangoes are insanely tasty we often overlook its health benefits. Yes, mangoes are very healthy and without thinking twice you should have this amazing and beautiful fruit throughout this season. Here are some sinfully satiating mango drinks you can make for yourself or for your special guests this summers.

Mango Mastani

Ingredients:

  • Mango- peel and nicely cubed
  • Sugar- 4 tbsp
  • Milk- 250 ml
  • Vanilla Ice cream- 2 scoops
  • Ice cubes

Recipe:

  • Blend everything together at a blender and serve with ice cubes and dry fruits.
  • Can add a scoop of icecream on top  (optional).
  • And voila!

Mix Mango Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Purabi smart milk- 1 cup
  • Purabi curd- 1 cup
  • 1 mango- about 1 cup chopped
  •  Ice cubes
  • 1 banana (half frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • chia seeds (optional)

Recipe:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  • Serve with chia seeds and chopped mango if desired.

Spicy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Purabi Smart milk- 250 ml
  • Frozen mango chunks- 1 cup
  • Honey- 1 tbsp
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon rock salt
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients (except the spices and mint) in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk for a thinner smoothie, if desired.
  • Garnish with spices, mint leaves, and ice cubes.
