 Paneer wraps along with dry fruits and Purabi mango lassi:

 Spread a mix of veggies and paneer over the roti/wrap and rolled in a shape of a roll. Pack it in a foil paper to keep it fresh. Get some dry fruits and a pack of Purabi Mango lassi.

All you need: Purabi paneer, veggies, Roti, Dry fruits and Purabi mango lassi.

 

Vegetable curd sandwich and any fruit of choice:

 Take out all the excess water from curd and mix freshly chopped vegetables, salt and black pepper. Spread the mixture on the sandwich and pack it in a foil paper to keep it fresh. Team the sandwich with Purabi normal lassi or mango lassi and fresh fruits. 

 All you need: Purabi standard curd, veggies, bread, any fresh fruit/s of choice.

 

Dahi Chira (Doi-Sira) and mango:

Soak some poha, flattened rice (chura or sira) in water. Squeeze the water and pack the poha and sugar (if needed). At lunchtime mix the soaked poha with Purabi plain/sweet curd and enjoy an oil-free, fat-free, wholesome lunch. Add in some mango cubes (purely optional).

 

Paneer bhurji sandwich, apple and a pack of purabi lassi:

Crumble Purabi paneer and add some veggies of your choice along with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on bread and toast it with butter. Team it up with an apple and purabi lassi!

All you need: Purabi paneer, veggies, bread, apple and Purabi lassi.

 

Veg/ Paneer Pulao and raita:

Pulao or fried rice goes great with raita, made with fresh curd and veggies.

All you need: Purabi standard curd, fresh vegetables, salt, black pepper and sugar(optional).

Parathas and lassi make the favourite meal straight from the land of Punjab. This is nutritious, filling, and a delicious lunch for office/school.
